What size tent do I need?

Allow 10 square feet per seated guest and 5 per standing guest. A 20' x 20' seats 40 or holds 80 standing; a 20' x 40' seats 80 or holds 160. Add roughly 200 sq ft for a dance floor, 100 for a bar and 100 for a buffet.

What areas do you deliver tents to?

We deliver across 19 Connecticut towns within about 20 miles of Windsor, covering Hartford County and part of Tolland County.

Is delivery included in the tent price?

No. Tent prices cover the tent itself. Delivery, setup and takedown are billed together as a single fee based on which town you are in — so you get one number, not a line-item breakdown. Call us with your address and we will quote it up front.
